If you wish to cancel your application before we have started the documentation process, a full refund of our service fee will be provided.
Once the document verification and filing process has begun, our service fee becomes non-refundable as it covers our specialists' manual work.
Any government fees paid directly to the embassy or through our portal are subject to the government's own refund rules and are generally non-refundable.
In the rare case of a rejection due to our documentation error, we will re-process your file for free or discuss a partial refund of our service fee.
